1.1. Reservation: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by management of Vinmeen Retreat. We reserve the right to decline any reservation request at our discretion.
1.2. Payment: Payment is required to confirm a reservation. Accepted methods of payment include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, cash, or any other method specified as management.
1.3. Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of reservation and are outlined during the booking process by the management. Please review the cancellation policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
2.1. Check-In: Check-in time is 24 hours or subjected to change as per management. Guests are required to present valid identification upon arrival. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
3.1. Room Allocation: Room allocations are subject to availability and at the discretion of Vinmeen Retreat management.
3.2. Room Rates: Room rates are quoted in INR per night and are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested by guests.
4.1. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow guests, staff, and property.
4.2. Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property caused by their actions or negligence.
4.3. Smoking and Alcohol: Vinmeen Retreat is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Consumption of alcohol is permitted responsibly.
5.1. Vinmeen Retreat by TRK Farms shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused to guests during their stay, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or natural disasters.
6.1. Vinmeen Retreat respects the privacy of its guests.
7.1. Vinmeen Retreat reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
