At Vinmeen Retreat by TRK Farms, we understand that plans may change, and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or modify your reservation. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1.1. Cancellation Period: The cancellation period refers to the timeframe within which you can cancel your reservation without incurring any cancellation fees.
1.2. Standard Cancellation Policy: Our standard cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date without penalty.
1.3. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 80% of the total reservation cost.
2.1. Group Bookings: Group reservations typically refer to bookings involving a certain number of rooms or guests. Special cancellation policies may apply to group bookings, which will be communicated at the time of reservation.
2.2. Customized Cancellation Policy: Group reservations may be subject to a customized cancellation policy based on the size of the group, the duration of the stay, and other factors. This policy will be outlined in the group booking agreement.

3.2. Confirmation: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, you will receive confirmation of the cancellation along with any applicable refund details, if eligible.
4.1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. Please refer to the refund policy for detailed information on refund eligibility and processing.
4.2. Non-Refundable Deposits: Some reservations may require non-refundable deposits or payments, which are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Any such deposits or payments will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
5.1. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies, Vinmeen Retreat reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without liability. Any applicable cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
