1.1. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of booking. Please refer to the cancellation policy provided during the reservation process.
1.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, whatsapp or via email to Vinmeen Retreat's reservation department. The date of receipt of the cancellation request will determine eligibility for a refund.
2.1. Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy applicable to the reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy carefully before confirming their reservation.
2.2. Refunds may be subject to deductions for any applicable cancellation fees, administrative charges, or non-refundable deposits as specified in the cancellation policy.
3.1. Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date ("no-show") will result in the forfeiture of the reservation and any payments made.
4.1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
4.2. Please note that the time it takes for a refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on the payment provider's processing times.
5.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies, Vinmeen Retreat reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without liability.
5.2. Refunds for cancellations or modifications due to force majeure events will be subject to the discretion of Vinmeen Retreat management.
